I'm sad to say we are still struggling on, new solicitor wants to speak with us as the brokers useless one used valued the shares differently to the one new solicitor has used. If you see what I mean! John and the girls have had the rest of their inheritances from Mum from the proceeds of the flat sale.

Just wish that some more could be released to me, as am hankering for a new computer! ;-) Monitor just died on the desktop downstairs, so we're heading to Aldi on Thursday morning - they've got monitors on special then.

Sorry, rambling again!

All the best from sunny Liverpool.Maggiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13630530599678517169noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8143976.post-49970955625124326482009-01-27T12:59:00.000+00:002009-01-27T12:59:00.000+00:00Interesting thoughts, especially since I didn't re...Interesting thoughts, especially since I didn't realise your mum lived with you, having Keith's mum with us is close to some kind of barbaric torture for me, most of the time! As I lived a long way from home for most of my life, my grandmother passed without me having the chance to say goodbye, at least I managed to visit my grandad in hospital, not long before he passed, although he was surrounded by the rest of the family, when he did go.Joannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00697862413940045935noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8143976.post-1425111713438414392009-01-27T00:05:00.000+00:002009-01-27T00:05:00.000+00:00I've just watched it and I found it very moving. ...I've just watched it and I found it very moving. For all the suffering, how wonderful to be able to say goodbye and let your parent go, surrounded by love. I can quite understand your envy of that.Alliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07432518528835330361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8143976.post-45375118431573621762009-01-26T13:34:00.000+00:002009-01-26T13:34:00.000+00:00This was very thought provoking. Going to watch 'Short stay' tonight, I think.Alliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07432518528835330361noreply@blogger.com
