Two Cheese Scones- with a twist.
Mmmmmmmmm - I made enough for J, Ma and me and they came out fabbo.The twist???? Well along with mustard powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, oregano, really, really strong mature cheddar and Parmesan cheese you add a liberal dash of Worcestershire sauce!
The whole lot were scoffed down whilst still warm, followed by a very crunchy apple and a hot strong black coffee.....perfect.
